During the Transfer General Members Assembly (T-GMA), all business concerning the association will be discussed. The past year will be evaluated on the basis of the general report and the financial report. Besides, the candidate board will present their (financial) policy plan and talk about the continuations and innovations for next year. Every member can attend the T-GMA to ask questions or give comments. All input of members is appreciated and all the present members have the right to vote, when vote is needed. We are very pleased with your opinion! The documents that will be presented can be found on this page. The documents will be placed on this page two weeks before the GMA takes place.
After the evaluation and the presentation of the policy plan, the current board will hand off their tasks to the candidate board. The candidate board will be constituted as the 30rd board of Commotie! We hope to see you there.
The T-GMA will be on monday the 17th of September 2018. It takes place in Hemingway's Cuba and starts at 19:30h.
