Ready to go abroad? Commotie's annual trip is finally here! 

After we haven’t been able to travel for two years, we are ready to go! This year, we will be visiting the beautiful city of Prague so make sure you don’t miss out on it. 

We will do several cultural activities, a company visit, a university visit, and there will also be enough time to enjoy some Czech beers ;)

Important information: 

What: Trip abroad 2022 to Prague

When: May 25th till May 30th (the exact times for departure and arrival will be given later on)

Costs: €300 (transportation, hostel and some activities are included)

Sign up: Sign ups open on the 1st of February at 13:00. 

To sign up please keep in mind:

1. You need to have proof of vaccination or recovery (you need a working QR code!)

2. Use the sign up on this page. Application is obligatory.

3. Mind that unsubscribing to the trip abroad is not possible. Replacement can be arranged until the 15th of March.

4. We know Covid-19 restrictions are unpredictable. By signing up you agree to follow the measures we take to ensure a safe trip.

5. You must be aware of internal rules and the behavior protocol. Like at all the activities of Commotie, the bylaws of Commotie and the internal regulations of Commotie also apply to the trip abroad. You can find these at the page with all the documents. Furthermore, we would like to point out the Behavioral protocol for multi day activities. You can find this document here. This document is a protocol that serves for the safety and health of the participants of a certain multiday activity and to make clear what is permitted and what is not. Also the costs are stated that arise from misbehavior, these costs can be recovered by the causer. By signing up you agree with the formulated rules and guidelines that can be found in these documents.

6. In case Covid-19 does not allow us to go, the trip will be cancelled, and you will be refunded.

7. In order to secure your place, within 2 weeks of signing up, you are asked to pay the first €100 of the cost of the trip to Commotie’s account NL42 ABNA 0570909503. In March, your account will be automatically debited for another €100 and in April it will automatically be debited of the remaining amount (max €100). If you do not send the first instalment on time, you will unfortunately be deregistered from the trip. However, you will still be debited of the instalments in March and April provided that you do not find a replacement by March 15th. 8. Last but not least, we strongly recommend applying for a travel insurance.
