During the Transfer General Members Assembly (T-GMA), all business concerning the association will be discussed. The past year will be evaluated on the basis of the general annual report and the financial annual report. Besides that, the candidate board will present their (financial) policy plan and will talk about the continuations and innovations for next year. Every member can attend the T-GMA to ask questions or give comments. All input of members is appreciated and all the present members have the right to vote, when vote is needed. We are very pleased with your opinion!
The documents that will be presented can be found on this page. The documents will be placed on this page two weeks before the GMA takes place.
After the evaluation and the presentation of the policy plan, the current board will be discharged and will hand off their tasks to the candidate board. The candidate board will be constituted as the 33rd board of Commotie! We hope to see you all there.
The T-GMA will be on Monday, September 20th at Hemingway's Cuba and starts at 19:30. Please sign up if you want to attend.
